Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated 3 August 2026
MyNextLevel is provided by MB HorseHat (Lithuania). This page explains when you get money back. It sits alongside our terms of service.
Try it before you pay
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial and we do not ask for payment details to begin it. The intention is that nobody pays before knowing whether the app suits them.
Cancelling
You can cancel whenever you like, from the Subscription page in the app. Cancelling stops future payments immediately. You keep full access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, and afterwards your account becomes read-only — your entries are not deleted.
We do not usually refund the unused part of a month that has already started, since you keep access to it.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. We honour this for your first payment: if you cancel within 14 days of being charged for the first time, tell us and we will refund it in full.
When we will refund beyond that
Email us and we will put it right if:
- you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling;
- the service was substantially unavailable for a significant part of a paid period;
- you were charged an amount you did not agree to.
More generally, if you feel a charge was not fair, write to us and explain. We would rather refund someone than have them feel cheated by a €3-a-month app.
How to ask
Email horsehat.it@gmail.com from the address on your account, saying what happened. We aim to reply within a few days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, and typically take 5–10 days to appear depending on your bank.
Nothing here reduces your legal rights
This policy sits on top of your mandatory rights as a consumer under Lithuanian and EU law. Where it is more generous than the law requires, the more generous term applies.
